Very terrible and sad! I twisted my knee Sunday night and it is all puffed and blue today. Hardly even tweaked it, I swear! Had some guests from Van out at the park. Went for all of three runs. Knee still hurt from ... too long now. Collected a grip of herbs and remedies, dialled up the greens, an called the acupuncturist today, this knee drama is ending. Before summer begins. SO. Not a thing to say about Monday skate night with the yutes. Didn't happen.
